Hailing from Vietnam, Bánh Mì (the translation of which means bread made from wheat) is a traditional Vietnamese sandwich comprised of a short baguette with thin, crisp crust and a soft, airy texture, which is split lengthwise and filled with a variety of meats, vegetables and other ingredients.

We offer a number of variations on this popular street sandwich, some more experimental than traditional, but most inspired by the beautiful world of Vietnamese cuisine, and all made with fresh ingredients and a dedication to craftsmanship..

A Salida local, Jahil has been cooking for the community for over six years with his curry cart, King Kaeng's. Now he's bringing his culinary skills to a brick and mortar take-out eatery featuring one of his most popular items.
